VeeGuard VPN Lite operates on a Zero-Knowledge Architecture. Because our application requires no account creation, no registration, and no financial transactions, we have technically separated your physical identity from your digital network footprint.
We do not know who you are, and we do not want to know.
We do not collect, monitor, store, or log your network traffic, DNS requests, browsing history, data payloads, or target IP addresses. Your data passes through our secure servers completely untouched and unrecorded.
02 Information We Never Request or Hold
We explicitly state that VeeGuard VPN Lite never interacts with or retains:
- Personal Identifiers: No names, emails, phone numbers, or social media handles.
- Financial Data: No credit cards, billing addresses, or transaction histories.
- Network Logs: No incoming/outgoing IP addresses, session duration timestamps, or bandwidth histories linked to a specific user.
03 Real-Time Volatile Processing Only
To route your traffic securely, our servers must process data in real-time, but this processing happens entirely in volatile memory (RAM):
- Instant Session Destruction: While you are actively connected, our servers process your encrypted traffic to relay it to the web. The moment you disconnect, all temporary routing states associated with that session are instantly wiped from RAM.
- No Disk Logging: Our server configurations have system logs completely disabled. No network event is ever written to a permanent hard drive or storage disk.
04 Aggregated Operational Diagnostics (App-Level Only)
To prevent server overloads and maintain the speed of the “Lite” network, we may look at collective, non-identifiable telemetry:
- Anonymized System Performance: We monitor the overall bandwidth load and latency of individual servers to scale capacity. This data is entirely aggregated (e.g., “Server A is at 75% capacity”) and cannot be traced back to any individual device.
- Local App Diagnostics: If the app encounters a critical error or crashes, standard anonymous telemetry may be generated by your device operating system (iOS/Android). This data contains only software error codes, never personal information.
